Mougins has for a long time had close links with the artistic and cultural world. There is a long list of celebrities who have stayed there and Mougins is still attracting them.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of national and international events taking place near the Mas du Grand Vallon for which we can supply further information.
In 2012:
The MIDEM, the biggest gathering of companies working in the world music sector, will be taking place from 28th to 31st January 2012.
The largest French-speaking games event will be held in February 2012 during the Games Festival.
During the months of February and March, there will be a succession of giant colourful parades day and night during the Carnaval de Nice and the Lemon Festival at Menton.
The Monte Carlo Masters is one of the main clay court tournaments in the professional circuit. It takes place every year in April in the Monte Carlo Country Club. It is part of the Masters 1000.
In May the 65th Cannes Festival, will be celebrated - the most publicised and glamorous annual cinema rendezvous.
Also in May, the Monaco Grand Prix, the most mythical of the grand prix races, will take place on the unique town circuit with 77 laps through the narrow streets of Monte Carlo.
